 I've labeled a popular new dance craze. (I am not, however,
 responsible for its existence.)

   - First, a poll is held up parallel to the floor.

   - Then a succession of notable personages bend over backwards to
     see if they can get even lower than the poll.

   - The pollsters hold the poll incrementally lower with each pass
     of the dancers, while the notables vie against one another to see
     exactly how low they can go without damaging themselves too badly.

 "Come and do the Limbaugh Rock!"
