For multiculturalism, noplace beats Hawaii.  I remember verbatim an obituary
that ran in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin in 1978 as follows: 

Yun Yow Kam, 59, proprietor of YY's Kosher Breads & Pastries, died Saturday at
St. Francis Hospital.  Burial, with military honors, will be ... etc."
