Sony Electronics Inc. said yesterday [9/16/96] that WebTV Internet Terminal,
which will link televisions to the World Wide Web, is scheduled to arrive
in US stores in September.  The box will sell for $349.  Knoxville, TN-based
Philips consumer Electronics Co., a unit of Dutch Philips Electronics,
recently announced that it would sell its version of WebTV for $329.
