Charles Harper, chairman of cigarette maker RJR/Nabisco.  In response to a
shareholder's question about second hand smoke and children, Harper said
children could leave a room if someone was smoking.  When it was pointed
out that infants can't do so, he said "At some point, they will learn to
crawl, and then walk."
