 From the New York Times, Monday, 25 March 1995, page B1, in an article
entitled "Welcome to Donnybrook Park".  For some reason, the residents
don't like the park.

       This park, one of the newest in the city, is a virtual wonderland
    of concrete, so distinguished and lavish in its use that it won a
    merit award last November from the Concrete Industry Board, narrowly
    losing the top honor to the Federal Detention Center in Brooklyn.
    Other merit awards went to the Department of Environmental
    Protection's water Tunnel, No. 3, Stage 2, Shafts 21B and 22B in
    Brooklyn; two water pollution control plants and the environmental
    agency's Supplemental Cake Storage Facilities on Wards Island.
