As a Hoosier, I want to apologize to the folks on the list for the fact that
one of Indiana's own, Sent. Dan Coates, was co-sponsor of the asinine CDA
provisions in the Telecommunications Act. He was acting on his own, not on
behalf of most of us Hoosiers, believe me! Just when I was hoping you'd
forgiven us for inflicting Dan Quayle on you, Coats has to go and do
something like this.
