Another undeniable attribute of computers, if films/tv are any guide, is
that if you make them "think" too hard, e.g., by posing a philosophically
insoluable problem, they emit wisps of steam or smoke.  After which, see
"fire" entry as cited in previous paragraph.

Hey--just thought of one more!

The critical password is always mentioned somewhere in an early expository
scene.
