I heard on the radio this morning that U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich was
scratched yesterday by a baby cougar visiting from the Columbus zoo.  The
DJ made a comment along the lines of "Don't these people have more important
things to do?  Why are they bringing a cougar into the U.S. Congress?"

My question is, Why are they bringing a *baby* cougar into the U.S. Congress?

[And mine (inspired by gosner) is, Did the cougar get its rabies shot in time?
