Well, let's face it.  Domain names are a dime a dozen now.  With domains
like ELVISPRESLEY.COM, FUCKED.COM, and DICKLESS.ORG, the time for getting
some sort of recompense is here.  Not to mention, if anything, this will
make someone think twice as they draw up a form to pollute the namespace
with a frivolous domain.

What I want to see is how Network Solutions is going to hand down and
collect this billing.  This could be the largest e-billing scheme ever.
There's where the real challenge lies.
